Michael Reese introduces “core” grants, which provide long-time grantees with consistent, flexible funding over three years. The goal is to build organizational capacity to provide high-quality services.Over the next two years, core grantees will include CommunityHealth, a provider of free and low-cost medical services; Healthy Schools Campaign; The Night Ministry, which brings services and support to adults and youth who are homeless; Shriver Center on Poverty Law; Health and Disability Advocates; and Illinois Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
